H3C S5500-EI is a series of enhanced IPv6 L3 10GE switches latest developed by H3C, S5500-EI series have abundant service features. It supports at most four 10GE extension ports that can satisfy the bandwidth requirements and supports IPv4/IPv6 hardware dual-stack and wire-speed forwarding so that customers can feel at ease to face the coming IPv6 era. Moreover, the excellent security, reliability and multi-service support capability enable the switch series to become the first choice as equipment in the convergence layer of large enterprise networks or campus networks, the core layer of medium- and small-sized enterprise networks, and the edge layer of MANs.

At present,  the H3C S5500-EI series Ethernet switches including the following models:

S5500-28C-EI: 24 10/100/1000 BASE-T Ethernet ports, 4 SFP Gigabit ports (Combo) and two extension slots.

S5500-52C-EI: 48 10/100/1000 BASE-T Ethernet ports, 4 SFP Gigabit ports (Combo) and two extension slots.

S5500-28C-PWR-EI: 24 10/100/1000 BASE-T Ethernet PoE ports, 4 SFP Gigabit ports (Combo) and two extension slots.

S5500-52C-PWR-EI: 48 10/100/1000 BASE-T Ethernet PoE ports, 4 SFP Gigabit ports (Combo) and two extension slots.

S5500-28F-EI: 24 SFP Gigabit ports, 8 10/100/1000 BASE-T Ethernet ports (Combo) and two extension slots.
